What is the 2-Year Property Investor Visa in Dubai?

The 2-Year Property Investor Visa, also known as the Taskeen Program, is a renewable residency visa for foreign nationals who own property in Dubai worth at least AED 750,000. It allows the holder to live, work, and study in the UAE without a local sponsor, while retaining full ownership of their property investment.
