How to apply for the 5-Year Retirement Visa in Dubai?
- Head over to the official website of DLD Cube
- Hover over to ‘5 Years Retirees Residency’ and click on ‘5 Years New Retirement Visa’
- Select ‘Apply Online’
- Read the terms and conditions, tick the check box to accept them and click on ‘accept Terms And Conditions And Continue’
- Select whether you’re currently in the UAE
- Proceed to fill the application form:
a. Full Name
b. Email Address
c. Mobile Number
d. WhatsApp Number
e. Residential Address in UAE
f. Passport Number
g. Passport Expiry Date
h. Nationality
i. Gender
j. Marital Status
k. Date of Birth
l.Select your preferred medical center for mandatory medical tests. - Upload clear, color scans of all mandatory documents. Missing documents will result in rejection. Maximum file size per document: 8MB.
a. Title Deed
b. Passport Copy
c. Upload a recent photo meeting Emirates ID format requirements. - Select whether your property is on mortgage with the bank or on a Payment Plan with the developer.
- Select if the property is in partnership with your wife or not.
- Mention if you have an existing residence visa.
- Choose if the property is evaluated or not.
- Mention if you have health insurance or not.
- Choose your payment method from a local or an international credit card.
- Submit request
