1. Digital Entry: Head over to the official website of DLD Cube.
2. Select Service: Hover over ‘5 Years Retirees Residency’ and click on ‘5 Years New Retirement Visa’.
3. UAE Pass Login: Instead of filling out your name and passport details manually, you will be prompted to log in with your UAE Pass. This will automatically pull your legal name, nationality, and residency status from the federal database.
4. Confirm Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Check: You must be 55 years or older (the system verifies this via your passport data).
• Property Status: Confirm if your property is Ready (Retirement Visas generally do not apply to off-plan units; those are directed to the Golden Visa).

5. Fill Supplemental Details:

• Medical Center: Select your preferred center for the mandatory fitness test.
• Insurance Status: Confirm if you have a DHA-compliant health insurance policy.
• Sponsorship: Indicate if you are currently sponsoring family members (spouse/children).

6. Upload Enhanced Digital Documents:

• Digital Title Deed: Downloaded directly from the Dubai REST App.
• Passport Bio Page: Clear color scan (valid for 6+ months).
• Bank NOC (if mortgaged): A digital letter from your bank confirming that AED 1 million of the principal has been paid.
• Valuation Certificate: If your purchase price was below AED 1M but the current market value is higher.
• National ID: Required for specific nationalities (Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan).
• Payment: Use a local or international credit card to pay the AED 6,984.75 fee.
