Frequently Asked Questions

Can my landlord enter my property without notice?

No. A landlord must give reasonable prior notice before entering the property for inspections or maintenance. Entering without notice or consent is a violation of the tenant's rights.

Any concerns about landlord conduct can be flagged directly to your Prosper Relationship Manager, who can guide you on the next steps including escalation to RERA or the Rental Disputes Settlement Centre.
