How Can I Find Or Cancel a Broker Contract on Dubai REST?
Both property owners and tenants can view and cancel their broker contract in the following manner:
- Open the Dubai REST App.
- Tap on the “Services” tab at the bottom.
- Select “Find Broker Contract” from the services list.
- Enter the Contract Number (Note: This is procured at the time of approving a contract A or B) and your Mobile Number.
- You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Enter the OTP when prompted.
- Once verified, you'll see the Contract Details on screen.
- From this screen, you can either:
- Download the contract, or
- Cancel the contract by tapping the Cancel option.
