How to cancel my 5-Year Retirement Visa?

Head over to the official website of DLD Cube

• Hover over the ‘5 Years Retirees Residency’ section and click on ‘Cancellation of 5 Years Visa
• Go through the documents required and click on ‘Apply now’
• Read the terms and conditions, tick the check box to accept them and click on ‘accept Terms And Conditions And Continue’
• Select whether you’re making the cancellation from inside or outside the UAE.
• Choose your current visa type from the following options:
  -- Residence - New - 10 Years Visa
  -- Residence - New Retirement Investor (5 Years)
  -- Residence - New - Property Investor (5 Years)
  -- Investor New Application for 2 Years
  -- Choose if you’re currently sponsoring any family members or maids under your sponsorship.
• Proceed to fill the Visa Cancellation form:
  -- Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears in your passport.
  -- Provide a valid email address.
  -- Enter your working UAE mobile number without leading zeros.
  -- Provide your WhatsApp number in UAE format (+971) for faster communication if needed.
  -- Enter your full residential address in the UAE, including building name, street, and emirate.
  -- Enter your passport number exactly as shown in your passport.
  -- Provide the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
  -- Select your nationality from the drop-down list provided.
  -- Select Male or Female.
  -- Select your current marital status (Single, Married, Divorced, Widowed).
• Upload the necessary documents in clear, color scans. Incomplete document submissions will lead to automatic rejection of your application. Maximum file size: 8MB per file.
  -- Upload a scanned copy of your Dubai property title deed showing ownership details and property value.
  -- Upload a scanned copy of your current UAE residence visa page.
  -- Upload a high-resolution color scan of your passport’s bio page (with your photo and personal details).
• Select your preferred payment method to proceed with the application fee.
