How Can a Broker Create a Contract A Using Dubai REST?

Follow these steps to create Contract A from the Dubai REST app:

• Open the Dubai REST App (mobile or web).
• Go to the Login Screen, tap on Business User, then click Dubai Brokers.
• Log in using either your broker-registered mobile number or username/password.
• Once logged in, tap on the Contracts tab.
• Open the Side Menu, select “Create Contract A.”
• Choose Seller Type – either “Company” or “Owner.”
• If selecting “Owner,” input the following Title Deed details:

1. Certificate Number
2. Certificate Year
3. Property Type
4. Owner Verification using Emirates ID, Date of Birth, or Passport

• Click Next.
• Once the title deed is validated, enter the Property Details, click Next.
• Verify the Owner's contact details, confirm, then click Next.
• Confirm that no Ejari contract exists on the unit, then proceed.
• Enter Financial Details of the contract and click Next.
• Select the Commission rate and Contract duration, then click Next.
• Upload the NOC document signed by the owner.
• Optionally attach supporting documents or notes, then click Continue.
• Review all information in the preview screen.
• Confirm the Terms and Conditions.
• Click Submit Contract for Approval.
• A link will be sent to the owner to review and approve.
• Once approved, return to the Contracts tab, click Search to find the contract.
• Click to View the Contract, then tap Download Contract.
• Enter the password to access the PDF smart contract.

Once your Contract A is done, the seller's signature is taken on the document and now the Property is officially permitted to be listed for sale. The listing Admin or Property Specialist on Prosper will use the Contract A while furnishing other details to publish/take the property live on the marketplace.
