How can property owners create a new Ejari contract on the Dubai REST App?

Log into Dubai REST app and go to your Property Wallet.

  • Select a property and click on ‘Access Property Services’
  • Go to your Ejari services and click on “Create New Contract”
  • Select Tenant Type: Person or Company.
  • Enter Emirates ID or Passport Details → Tap Search.
  • Review auto-filled tenant details.

Enter contract details: (details acquired from the TC)

  • Start & End Dates
  • Rent Value
  • Any Discount → Tap “Calculate Total”

Fill Payment Info:

  • Security Deposit
  • No. of Payments → Tap Continue

Add Co-Occupants (if any), accept T&Cs, and Submit.

After creating the Ejari contract, you can either pay the Ejari fees directly through Dubai REST or note down the contract number and payment link and share it with the tenant to pay.

You can access your property owner dashboard on Prosper with your Ejari, tenancy contract and Title Deed and leverage tenancy management features like tracking lease terms with your tenant, automating renewals and contracts, monitoring recent rental and sale transactions, and benchmarking against average area rentals. Additionally, you can also view rental value trends, compare rental income vs expenses for up to 5 years.
