What types of DIFC wills are available?

The DIFC Wills Service Centre offers different will types based on your needs:

• Full Will: covers all assets and includes guardianship provisions (AED 10,000 single / AED 15,000 mirror)
• Property Will: covers up to 5 real estate properties (AED 7,500 single / AED 10,000 mirror)
• Financial Assets Will: covers up to 10 bank or brokerage accounts (AED 5,000 single / AED 7,500 mirror)
• Guardianship Will: for appointing guardians for minor children only (AED 5,000 single / AED 7,500 mirror)
• Business Owners Will: covers up to 5 company shareholdings (AED 5,000 single / AED 7,500 mirror)

All DIFC fees are subject to 5% VAT. Professional legal drafting fees are additional.
