How can Property Owners get their Ejari Certificate on the Dubai REST App?

• Open the Dubai REST App on your mobile device.
• Go to ‘Services’ and tap on “Download Certificate” from the list.
• Enter the Contract Number and either your DEWA Premise Number or DM Number + DM Sub Number.
• Tap “Search.”
• Once your Ejari record appears, tap “Download” to save the certificate directly to your device.

The DEWA premise number is present in Tenancy Contract and DM number is usually listed on your title deed issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). It may be labeled as "Property Number", "Plot Number", or "DM Number"
