How to Login to the Dubai REST App As a Non-Resident Of UAE?

Both property owners and tenants can login to the Dubai REST app in the following manner:

  • Download the Dubai REST app and open it on your smartphone.
  • Under ‘Choose Your Role’, login as an individual.
  • As a non-resident of UAE, you can login using your Title Deed where you enter all your certificate number, issue date, property type, owner participant number and date of birth. Your owner participant number is visible on your Title Deed under the “Owner’s Numbers and their shares tab”
  • You can also login via your email and date of birth. This is the email address used during the registration of your secondary property in Form F, or in the booking form for a property purchased directly from a developer.
  • If you have a UAE phone number, you can login using your phone number as well. Your mobile number is the one you’ve used while registering your property in form F for a secondary property or in the booking form for a property purchased directly from the developer.
