How Can I Procure My eNOC For Resale On Dubai REST?

Both property owners and tenants can procure their eNOC in the following manner:

• Open the Dubai REST App and login using either of the following:
• Emirates ID
• Title Deed
• Mobile Number
• UAE PASS
• Go to your Property Wallet from your dashboard.
• Select the Property Type for which you want the eNOC.
• Tap on ‘Access Property Services’ and click on eNOC request.
• Review and ensure all requirements are ready before proceeding.
• Select the Buyer Type, and input their required details.
• Verify your own information and fill in any missing fields.
• Attach all required supporting documents.
• Add or remove buyers as needed.
• Tap Submit and note the reference number to track the request status.

The management company will process the application and either:

• Approve it with validity via email, or
• Reject it with reasons and give an option to resubmit.
