What are the sponsorship duration rules for a Family Visa?

If sponsor holds a 2-year Property Investor visa, the following General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) Guidelines apply:

• Boys can be sponsored until age 25 (ineligible for renewal after 25).
• Daughters can be sponsored at any age, as long as they are unmarried.
• For children over 18: Father must provide an unmarried undertaking letter via the online portal.

For 10-year property owner visas and 5-year retirement visas: Dependents can be sponsored for the same visa duration, provided they are unmarried.
