Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a Golden Visa if the property is owned under a company name?
No. If the property is registered under a company or corporate entity, the owner is not eligible to apply for a Golden Visa through that asset. The property must be personally owned.
You can consult with Prosper’s mortgage experts to mortgage a property worth AED 2 million with only 20% downpayment and be eligible for the Golden Visa. And if not AED 2 million, you can always mortgage a lower property value of AED 750,000 or AED 1 million+ with 20% downpayment to be eligible for the 2 Year Investor Visa or the 5 Year Retirement Visa.
