What documents are required for the Golden Visa for Non-residents?

To apply for the 10 Year Golden Visa as a real estate investor, the following documents are required:

• A valid copy of your passport.

• Proof of ownership of one or more properties with a total value of at least AED 2,000,000. These are official documents issued by the land department such as a Warranty Deed, Sales Deed, Title Register and Certificate of Title (Title Deed). Each of these documents are provided during the sale of a property.

Note: The same documents are required when applying for a 5 Year Retirement Visa and a 2 Year Investor Visa.
