What documents are required to sponsor my parents under the Dubai Golden Visa?

To apply for a golden UAE Parent Visa, you must collect the following documents and submit them with your application:

• Very clear sponsor’s passport page and residency Visa.

• Copies of parents’ passports in color (passports must be valid for at least six months).

• The birth certificate of the sponsor must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE

• Embassy in the country of origin. After that, it should be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE, followed by legal Arabic translation.

• If the birth certificate is not available, you may get a letter from your consulate to prove the relationship attested by MOFA and translated to Arabic.

• A high-quality applicant digital photo that matches the ICP specifications(Note: Please find the personal photo guidelines to be followed set by the Federal Authority for Identity Citizenship, Customs & Port Security here).

• Applicants from the following countries Must Bring their National ID (IRAN – PAKISTAN – IRAQ – LIBYA – AFGHANISTAN).

Note: The above documents are required if the sponsor holds a 10-Year Golden Visa, 5 Year Retirement Visa or a 2 Year Investor Visa. Additionally, medical insurance is compulsory for all residence permits applications.
