Frequently Asked Questions
Can married couples jointly apply for a Golden Visa?
Yes. If a married couple jointly owns a property (or portfolio) with a combined value of AED 2M or more, they are eligible for the 10-year Golden Visa. In this case, one spouse applies as the primary investor and sponsors the other for a matching 10-year residency. While business partners must each hold a 2M share to qualify independently, married couples can pool their ownership to meet the single 2M threshold.
You can also consult with Prosper mortgage experts to avail a freehold or leasehold property worth AED 2 million with a downpayment of just 20% to be eligible for the 10 Year Golden Visa. And Prosper property specialists could also help you qualify properties for your eligibility.
Married couples can also upload their Title Deed or Oqood (Pre-title deed) on Prosper and the platform will automatically update you if you’re eligible for the Golden Visa or not. You can even consult with your Prosper dedicated Relationship Manager if you need help navigating the application process.
