Frequently Asked Questions

Can married couples jointly apply for a Golden Visa?

Yes. If the combined freehold or leasehold property value is AED 2M+, one spouse can apply as the main visa holder and sponsor the other. If both wish to qualify, they need to have an individual share of 2M each.

You can also consult with Prosper mortgage experts to avail a freehold or leasehold property worth AED 2 million with a downpayment of just 20% to be eligible for the 10 Year Golden Visa. And Prosper property specialists could also help you qualify properties for your eligibility.

Married couples can also upload their Title Deed or Oqood (Pre-title deed) on Prosper and the platform will automatically update you if you’re eligible for the Golden Visa or not. You can even consult with your Prosper dedicated Relationship Manager if you need help navigating the application process.
