What are the eligibility requirements to sponsor my parents under the Dubai Golden Visa?

To sponsor your parents in Dubai, you are required to proceed with the following steps:

• Both parents need to be present for this process. In the case of death, divorce of parents, or other uncertainties, an attestation should be provided by the UAE Embassy in the home country and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• If the sponsor holds a 2-years visa then you need to have an affidavit of the dependency certificate translated into Arabic and duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of the UAE, saying that you would look after the sponsored parents and be accountable for their well-being.
