How do I get a handover mortgage from Prosper?

- Login to Prosper with your email and phone number and verify using OTPs.
- Go to Mortgages < Handover payment and click ‘Get Started’.
- Verify your Passport and Emirates ID and then head over to mortgages < handover payment again.
- Under what you are looking for, select ‘handover’.
- Choose whether you own a villa, apartment or other property.
- Enter the purchase price of your property. 
- Outline whether you hold a UAE passport or not.
- Mention your residency status i.e., whether you’re an expat living in the UAE or not.
- Mention your date of birth and what passport you hold.
- Select whether you’re employed, self-employed or have other sources of income.
- Outline if you’re applying for a single or joint application.
- Share your monthly income, if you have any credit cards (with their credit limit), and if you’re currently having any other loans (with their monthly repayment amount).
- After submitting your application, a mortgage advisor from My Mortgage, our partner agency, will get in touch with you.
