How long does it take to register a property sale at the DLD?
If all required documents are available, a property sale registration at the DLD takes an average of 30 minutes. Transactions are processed at Real Estate Services Trustees offices, which operate from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. The registration fee is AED 4,000 plus applicable service fees.
Sellers can also download their sales contract via the Dubai REST app from their Property Wallet once the transaction is complete.
