How to list your property for sale on Prosper?

• Log in to Prosper with your email or phone number and verify using an OTP.
• Head over to your dashboard and select the property you want to list for sale or rent.
• On the property page, under the property name and information, select the ‘list for sale/rent’ button.
• Add your passport and Emirates ID and select ‘verify now’.
• After your documents are verified, choose listing the property for sale.
• Enter your listing price and submit the property for approval.
• Confirm your request to be submitted for review.
• On confirmation, your property listing request will be sent for approval and a property specialist will get in touch with you.
• You can connect with your property specialist in your profile < support team and you’ll find your property specialist contact details.

Your property specialist will reach out to you to discuss the final listing price, arrange for pictures of the property, if not available, and generate the Form A for sale. You’ll receive an email once the property is published.
