Yes. The DIFC Wills Service Centre offers a Virtual Registry that allows registration via secure video conference, meaning the testator and witnesses can complete the process remotely from anywhere in the world. Dubai Courts also offer limited remote registration through licensed private notaries.

Non-residents can also log into the Dubai REST app using their Title Deed details to access their electronic Title Deed — a document you will need when preparing your will to confirm asset details.
