Property owners can view and pay their property instalments in the following manner:

• Open the Dubai REST App and login using either of the following:

1. Emirates ID
2. Title Deed
3. Mobile Number
4. UAE PASS

• Go to your Property Wallet from your dashboard.
• Select the Property Type for which you want to view your installments and payment history.
• Tap on ‘Access Property Services’ and choose “Payment Plan”
• View both Installment Details and Payment History.
• If paying, tap “Pay Installment.”
• Enter the amount you want to pay, review options, and tap “Pay.”

Clear your instalments easily through Dubai REST after receiving timely alerts from Prosper. Once you upload your title deed and mortgage details, Prosper automatically syncs your payment status for seamless financial tracking and management.
