How do I publish my property on Prosper’s marketplace?

To publish your property:

• Upload your KYC documents (you can also provide them to your RM or PS to add on your behalf).
• Choose whether to list the property for sale or rent.
• Review the pre-filled property information and make any necessary changes.
• Set the listing duration (60 or 90 days) and whether the listing will be exclusive.
• Enter an approximate listing price (a final amount will be agreed upon after consultation with you PS ).
• Submit your listing for approval.
