How to renew my Ejari contract as a tenant on Dubai REST?
- From your tenant dashboard, go to ‘Property wallet’
- Select your unit
- Scroll down and click on ‘Renew contract’
- Fill in the following details:

--Passport no
-- Issue date
-- Expiry date
-- Residence visa number
-- Visa start date
-- Visa end date - Click on ‘next’ and enter the number of co-occupants
- Enter your contract information with contract amount and security deposit.
- Calculate the total.
- You get your annual rent and contract value.
- Upload a signed copy of your tenancy contract and click on ‘save’
