How can tenants create a real estate grievance complaint on Dubai REST?
- Login to the Dubai REST app and go to ‘Property Services’ from your tenant dashboard.
- Search ‘Register a real estate complaint’
- Click on ‘enquiry about contractual disputes’
- Click your complaint option with regards to deposit amount, insurance amount, project completion delay or disagreement between tenant and the owner.
- Fill in the details required and proceed to file the complaint.
