How can property owners terminate their Ejari contract on Dubai REST?
- From your property owner dashboard, go to ‘Property wallet’
- Select your unit
- Scroll down and click on ‘Terminate contract’
- Enter your email and termination date with reason for termination.
- Under reason you can select the owner, tenant, and trial court options or choose from the other reasons listed.
- Click on next
- Add document name, type, and attach the document.
- Click on submit
