How can property owners view Ejari requests on the Dubai REST App?

• Log into Dubai REST app and go to your Property Wallet.
• Select a property and click on ‘Access Property Services’
• Go to your Ejari services and click on “My Requests” to manage both landlord and tenant submissions.

Once your Ejari is created and downloaded, upload it along with the tenancy contract and title deed on Prosper. The platform will then automate lease renewals, send expiry reminders, and track tenant contracts for each property—ensuring no missed renewals or outdated records.
